Following 2 weeks of an early contributors' testing phase for UR (pronounced "You Are") and in-person trials with the Mantle community at EthCC Cannes, we're ready to kick off the next stage of beta testing — users can now sign up for a UR account with limited and exclusive, by-invite-only, codes shared by selected participants of the UR Early program from July 11, 2025, 10AM UTC to Aug. 8, 10AM UTC.

Only with an invitation (referral) code will you be able to sign up for a new UR account. These will be dropped and shared randomly by program participants on X and other social channels.

@Mantle_Official on X will also be dropping limited invitation codes soon — follow us and be the first to grab these codes when they drop.

(1) UR In: Activate Your Account for $10 New User Bonus

Once you've gotten your hands on an invitation code, you'll be able to sign up for a UR account and earn a total of $10 in new user bonuses simply by:

• Step 1: Completing KYC, topping up your UR account with a min. of 50 USDC (in a single transaction for the first time) and making a minimum eligible deposit of 50 USDC to fiat (in a single transaction for the first time) — Receive a $5 bonus
• Step 2: Making a purchase totalling a minimum of $20 (or 15€, 15₣ or CN¥140) in a single transaction for the first time — Receive another $5 bonus

Users must complete both activation steps before Aug. 8, 2025, 10AM UTC to be eligible for the bonuses. Users can only receive the minimum spend bonus in Step 2 after completing Step 1.

(3) More Rewards Await: Sign Up to Refer Your Friends

Tried out everything UR has to offer? But wait, there's more!

Become a referrer to invite your friends and community to UR. To participate, you'll need to complete KYC. Upon successful enrollment as a referrer, you will receive 20 shareable unique invitation codes by default via your UR account.

• Your referees will receive $10 in new user bonuses if they complete the onboarding process on UR
• Take part in the weekly lottery where up to $3,000 in bonuses will be distributed — each eligible referee that you introduce to UR per week will earn you two (2) lottery tickets in the same week

Each invitation code is single-use only and only users who have an invitation code will be able to sign up for a UR account. More invitation codes can be unlocked by these eligible referrers by reaching a spending milestone — reach $500 in personal spending via the UR card or via your referees' spending and automatically unlock another 20 invitation codes.

Terms & Conditions

1. Aspiring UR Early program referrers will receive confirmation if their application has been successful; upon success of application, they will be whitelisted and receive further instructions to access their unique invitation codes.
2. An eligible deposit is defined as any USDC recharged into your UR account and converted into fiat on UR based on the evaluated USDC-equivalent amount (e.g., 60 USDC converted to $59.75).
3. New user bonuses will be credited to eligible participants daily during the program period. All bonuses will expire 90 days after they are credited into a user's UR account. Bonuses are non-withdrawable and can only be spent on purchases.
4. An eligible referee is defined as a user who (1) Signs up for UR via any of your unique invitation codes, (2) Completes KYC verification, (3) Tops up at least 50 USDC in crypto and converts it to fiat, and (4) Makes a first spend of min. $20 (or 15€, 15₣ or CN¥140).
5. Any abuse or fraudulent activity will result in immediate disqualification from program rewards and future program eligibility.
6. Users can only receive lottery tickets from the completion of the various stipulated spending activity categories once throughout the entire program period. For example, if you use the UR card on Grab in the first week of the program, you will receive 1 lottery ticket under the "Transportation & Mobility" category. You will not receive any more lottery tickets from this category even if you spend on Grab (or other applications in the same category) with the UR card again in subsequent program weeks.
7. Lottery winners will be announced each week on Mantle's X account within 7 working days of the end of the lottery week. Lottery rewards will be credited to winners' UR account within 7 working days of the lottery winner announcement.
